Qualifications

• Must be licensed PTA in state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Associate degree in PTA required.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT treatments under supervision of a licensed PT per state guidelines.
• Identify suitable patients and coordinate with the PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current.
• Serve as a leader/mentor in the discipline.
• Cover rehab supervisor duties in the absence.
