Tender Touch Rehab Services in Carlisle, PA is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist Assistant (FT) to join our growing team. You will provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, contributing to high-quality care in SNF and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
• Act as a leader/mentor in your discipline.
• Assume job responsibilities of the rehab supervisor in his/her absence.
