Adoration Health in Georgia is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist to assist the Director in guiding clinical staff and achieving positive patient outcomes across rehabilitation programs. The role requires supervising therapists and assistants, coordinating staff orientations, ensuring licensure and certifications, and promoting ongoing education while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.

Competenze

• Must have graduate-level PT education and active licensure in GA.
• Current GA license or eligibility to practice is required.
• Experience supervising clinical staff is preferred.
• CPR certification is required.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.
