Advancerehab is seeking an Assistant Clinic Director - Physical Therapist to join our Georgia clinic on a full‑time basis. This leadership‑track role offers mentored development under an experienced Clinic Director with extensive leadership background.

You will guide clinical operations, supervise staff, and ensure optimal patient care while building administrative skills. A strong team orientation and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Requires Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent; current state licensure to practice.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential for leadership in a clinical setting.
• Experience in management is not required, but leadership aptitude is important.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily clinic operations and uphold policies for a seamless patient experience.
• Oversee patient evaluations and treatment planning to meet clinical protocols.
• Supervise clinical and administrative staff to foster a positive environment and growth.
• Support daily clinical workflow and address urgent situations to maintain high standards.
• Maintain and audit documentation (evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries) for compliance.
• Engage with medical community and caregivers to coordinate patient recovery journeys.
