Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin is seeking a licensed behavioral health clinician to provide individual, family and group therapy in a hybrid setting (virtual and in-person).

The position requires a Master’s degree in social work or psychology with relevant licensure in WI or IL, plus 1 year of therapy experience. You will participate in supervision, documentation, and care coordination, with comprehensive benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or psychology required.
• Licensure in WI/IL as Counselor, MFT, or Social Worker preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health therapy and case management.
• Ability to provide individual, couples, family and group therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality individual, couple, family and group therapy and crisis intervention.
• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans per policy.
• Provide case management and education to patients and families.
• Coordinate referrals and ensure continuity of care at discharge.
• Complete documentation within timelines and participate in supervision.
