Job summary

Community Counseling Center is seeking a PSR Aide to support the Psychosocial Rehabilitation program in Missouri. The role involves assisting in design and delivery of PSR services, including crisis intervention, with typical hours 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday, and one evening shift per week.

Saturday coverage may be required. You will work with the CPRC team to develop treatment plans, supervise staff, and help transport clients as needed, ensuring compliance with licensure and program

Qualifications

• BA/BSW in mental health field with two years related experience.
• MO Class E Driver's License required by start date; Class D for IL residents.
• Proof of continuous auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of the PSR programming.
• Provide group and individual clinical services to PSR members, including crisis intervention.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with program participants and the CPRC team.
• Attend doctor staffing's or have another Specialist attend.
• Assist in transportation of clients or any other aspect of program implementation.
• Ensure that all licensure standards for day treatment and certification standards are maintained.
• Monitor productivity/revenue/expenses.
• Document according to clinical policies and procedures, DMH, CARF, and any other federal or state program per agency standards.
• Supervise and direct supervisees in the performance of their job functions.
• Proactively provide feedback and training to supervisees to assist them with meeting performance expectations.
• Hold direct supervisees accountable for the satisfactory performance of their job functions, including issuing corrective discipline and make recommendations for termination, when warranted.
• Responsible for transporting clients in agency and/or personal vehicle as deemed necessary and appropriate to meet program requirements.
