Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in an administrative or supervisory role.
• Experience providing clinical supervision within a formal training program.
• Experience directing or coordinating practicum student, intern, or post-doctoral fellow training.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee all aspects of training including APA‑accredited internship and practicum programs.
• Provide managerial support for CAPS/Fountain Center leadership and assist in policy development.
• Provide clinical oversight of daily operations and supervise trainees’ progress.
