Chrysalis Psychiatry in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Psychiatrist for a full-time, on-site role. You will perform evaluations, manage meds, provide psychotherapy, and lead clinical supervision within a growing outpatient practice.

Leadership opportunities may include Clinical Director responsibilities. NM license and board certification required; bilingual skills a plus. Base salary $300,000 with bonus and benefits; on-site only.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board certification and NM license.
• Experience supervising mid-level practitioners preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide medication management and psychotherapy.
• Administer TMS thresholds and monitor progress.
• Provide supervision to mid-level practitioners and support clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain care standards.
• Maintain accurate medical records and scheduling alignment.
