Job summary

Axiom Space seeks a Propulsion Senior Engineer - Pressure & Fluid Systems in Houston to own end-to-end pressure and fluid system execution, from requirements through flight readiness. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in pressure control and fluid systems.
• Hands-on experience with propellant feed system design and integration.
• 3D modeling experience with SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical execution of spacecraft pressure control and fluid systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors to meet cost and schedule targets.
• Perform modeling and simulations using GFSSP, ANSYS, Fluent to assess performance.
• Define tests for development, qualification and acceptance; anchor models to data.
• Coordinate interfaces with vehicle systems and ensure safety and schedule targets.
