Qualifications

• 15+ years of spacecraft propulsion experience and hands-on thruster development.
• Expertise in bipropellant thrusters, injectors, chambers, and thermal interfaces.
• Proven ability to lead design reviews and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end thruster hardware development from concept to flight readiness.
• Lead design reviews, trade studies, and verification activities with vendors.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with suppliers to meet milestones.
