Qualifications

• 9+ years of engineering experience, with propulsion/electronics background.
• Experience leading or coordinating engineering development projects in defense/aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Lead electronics development projects for propulsion control systems from concept through verification, qualification, and production support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including electrical, software, systems, mechanical, and program management.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risk registers, and action tracking.
• Manage day-to-day hardware and software development execution to meet technical, cost, schedule, and quality goals.
• Support requirements decomposition, interface definition, design reviews, and verification planning for propulsion electronics.
• Drive issue resolution across design, integration, and test activities, including root-cause analysis.
• Monitor risks and opportunities, communicate status to leadership and customers.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and contractual requirements.
• Facilitate technical reviews, customer meetings, and milestone decisions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
