Olen Living in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a skilled, full-time Property Manager for a multi-family community. You will lead the property team, drive leasing strategies, supervise maintenance, and ensure resident satisfaction while maintaining financial controls.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in residential property management, strong customer service, and proficiency with MS Office; in-office work only. Starting salary is $80,000 with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of residential property management experience and knowledge of tenant and eviction laws.
• Proficient with Office 365 and MS Office; familiarity with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Train team members for their roles and ensure ongoing development.
• Lead leasing activities and guide sales strategies for occupancy goals.
• Maintain property appearance through daily walks and address deficiencies.
• Coordinate maintenance with the team to ensure timely repairs and a smooth make-ready process.
• Oversee financial operations including budgeting, invoicing, and variance reporting.
• Manage rent collection, delinquencies, and move-out statements.
• Monitor market conditions and identify opportunities for property improvements.
