Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years property management experience, with supervisory duties.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with property management systems and MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site staff and supervise leasing, maintenance, and service teams.
• Prepare and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
• Oversee rent collection and vendor payments.
