Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
- Proficient in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and carpentry.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and resident-focused service approach.
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work a flexible/on-call schedule.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
- Address resident service requests promptly and professionally.
- Oversee unit turnovers: inspections, repairs, and cleaning.
- Maintain curb appeal and exterior maintenance.
- Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and management.
