Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in property maintenance or equivalent field.
• EPA certification and CPO license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing).
• Assist budgeting with Community Manager for interior/exterior repairs and NOI targets.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure training per Keener policies.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance and safety checks.
• Maintain records in property management software and logs.
