Qualifications

• Inspect and maintain the property to high standards.
• Organize unit make-readies and service requests.
• Train and supervise maintenance personnel.
• Oversee contractors and vendors' performance.
• Ensure buildings and grounds are safe and functional.
• Correct emergencies and safety hazards promptly.
• Adhere to safety procedures and PPE.
• Maintain inventories and cost-effective materials.
• Knowledge of mechanical concepts is required.
• Able to operate maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff to ensure timely task completion.
• Inspect property interiors and exteriors for safety and upkeep.
• Prioritize and complete unit make-readies and service requests.
• Provide training and supervision to maintenance personnel.
• Supervise and manage contractor and vendor performance.
• Keep grounds and units fully functional and presentable.
• Respond to emergencies and report issues to Property Manager.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Manage inventories of tools and supplies with approvals.
• Label hazardous materials and maintain SDS records.
