Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Supervise maintenance team with direction, training, and support.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs to extend system life.
• Coordinate unit turnovers for new residents and complete repairs.
• Conduct regular property inspections to uphold standards.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance, including OSHA.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for repairs.
• Manage after-hours emergency maintenance responses.
• Control inventory and monitor maintenance budgets.
• Interact with residents to address maintenance concerns.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
• Prepare reports on work orders and preventive schedules.
