Job summary

Better Path AI is seeking a hands-on Prompt Engineering leader to design, optimize, and scale AI-powered coaching and simulation experiences. You will guide prompts, RAG frameworks, and AI workflows to improve accuracy, reasoning, and user experience.

The role involves mentoring the team, establishing best practices, and partnering with Product and Engineering to deploy capabilities at scale, while staying ahead of AI innovations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in AI, ML, NLP, or related technical roles.
• 4+ years with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
• Experience leading technical initiatives or AI strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and optimization of prompts, RAG frameworks, and AI workflows.
• Develop multiple personas and multi-agent interactions for realistic training.
• Define standards, evaluation methods, and governance for prompt engineering.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with Product, Engineering and CS teams.
