The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of professional surveying, a Geomatics degree, and an active WA PLS license; proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional land surveying experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Geomatics or related discipline.
• Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in the State of Washington.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and modern surveying workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all in-office land surveying functions and provide technical direction.
• Prepare boundary surveys, record plats, easements, ALTA/NSPS surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking, and as-built documentation.
• Analyze and process field data, develop survey drawings and deliverables, and prepare information packages for field crews.
• Organize and coordinate field crews, manage workloads, and collaborate with civil engineers, PMs, and clients.
• Ensure schedules, accuracy, and compliance with standards and regulations.
• Support process improvements across project execution.
