Webuild Services LLC in the Seattle area seeks a Land Survey Technician to provide in-office support and assist Project Surveyors in managing an active portfolio of land development projects. You will contribute to boundary surveys, plats, easements, stakeout sheets, as-builts, and topographical surveys, collaborating with senior staff to ensure precision and compliance with project standards.

The ideal candidate has four years of surveying experience, an Associate's Degree in Surveying or Civil

• At least four years of land surveying experience.
• Associate's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field.
• LSIT certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Support the creation of boundary surveys, record plats, easements, construction stakeout sheets, as-builts, and topographical surveys.
• Collaborate closely with senior staff to ensure precision and compliance with project and regulatory standards by processing of field notes, developing construction calculations, and preparing survey drawings.
• Work on a range of projects including commercial, mixed-use, and residential developments.
