Fluor is seeking a Lead Planner to manage the project schedule for a large O&M project. You will lead planning activities, coordinate with discipline leads, and drive schedule integrity using Primavera P6 and SAP.

You will analyze variances, prepare what-if scenarios, and mentor junior staff while supporting internal and external reporting. Domestic or international travel may be required; US citizenship is typically expected.

Qualificações

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in applicable field.
• Strong communication with diverse audiences (management, clients, vendors).
• Experience in planning and scheduling on large projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project schedule development and manage critical path activities.
• Analyze variances and communicate mitigation plans to Project Management.
• Maintain schedule baseline and perform schedule updates per control plan.
• Coordinate with discipline leads to integrate schedules and level resources.
• Support Schedule Risk Analysis and prepare what-if scenarios.
