Job Description
Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Clearance.
- Lead Planner - manage project schedule including critical path activities and review schedule float for schedule slippages
- Maintain working knowledge of the functionality of automated cost or scheduling management systems
- Analyze variances in cost or schedule performance against the plan, and communicate the reasons for the issuance of variance and proposed mitigation plans to Project Management
- Update the project schedule periodically in line with the approved Project Controls Reporting Plan
- Maintain the schedule for all approved changes after baseline in line with the project change management process
- Coordinate with discipline leads for maintaining the integration between the project schedule and control level schedules
- Perform analyses for monitoring adherence to the schedule, including flagging and communication of deviations to the baseline
- Prepare schedule what‑if scenarios as required to support the implementation of proposed mitigations and accelerations
- Prepare schedule deliverables in support of internal and external project reporting needs
- Initiate a schedule re‑baseline process if actioned after any of the forecasted triggering events has been triggered
- Participate in Schedule Risk Analysis effort throughout project
- Other duties as assigned
Basic Job Requirements
- Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and twelve (12) years of work‑related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to sixteen (16) years if non‑degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time‑conscious and time‑effective manner
Other Job Requirements
- Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Clearance
- U.S. Citizen
- Significant technical knowledge and practical experience with applicable software systems, such as PrimaveraP6, SAP, and related Management tools for Cost, Change, and Progress
- Must have experience as a Lead Cost or Planner for a large‑sized project or a Control Team Lead/Control Team Manager (CTL/CTM) for a medium‑sized project
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally for project assignments and in support of business related matters
- Participate in the development and implementation of training courses and mentoring of Project Controls personnel
- Support and actively participate in Fluor Project Controls Global Initiatives
- Industry‑specific experience in all facets and phases of a project: Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Startup
Preferred Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
- Local candidates preferred

Salary Range
$119,500.00 - $222,500.00
