Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project scheduling experience.
• Primavera (P6) experience required.
• Baseline schedule, progress schedule, recovered schedule, and critical path concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develops a baseline schedule coordinating with project management, superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Uses scheduling software to implement, maintain and analyze the project schedule including resource, cost, and sequencing loading.
• Assesses risk with project controls and presents changes to the project team.
• Analyzes all changes to schedule and impact on cost and timeline.
• Ensures change orders and delays are documented, analyzed and reviewed.
• Leads scheduling meetings and prepares weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
