Job summary

The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western is seeking a Project Scheduler for our Data Center Group in Mount Pleasant, WI. You will develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate with project management, superintendents and subcontractors, and analyze risks and impacts on cost and time.

You will use Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools, load resources and costs, and lead scheduling meetings while collaborating with accounting to align budget with the schedule.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project scheduling experience.
• Experience with baseline, progress, recovered schedules and float.
• Experience with time impact analysis and claims.
• Ability to coordinate with project teams and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develops a baseline schedule coordinating with project team, superintendents and subcontractors.
• Uses scheduling software to implement, maintain and analyze the project schedule, including resources, costs and sequencing.
• Prepares risk and impact assessments of changes to the schedule and presents to the project team.
• Analyzes changes to the schedule and impact on cost and timeline.
• Ensures changes orders and delays are documented and reviewed.
• Leads scheduling meetings and prepares detailed reports.
• Forecasts and manages the project budget in relation to the schedule.
• Performs what-if analyses and contingency planning.
