Kokosing is seeking a diligent Lead Project Scheduler to join our team. The role involves developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules to ensure timely execution across heavy civil and industrial construction projects. The position can sit in multiple Ohio/Missouri locations with monthly travel to St.

Louis as needed. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or business, with 8+ years of scheduling experience and strong proficiency in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in project scheduling for heavy civil/industrial construction.
• Proficiency with Oracle Primavera Cloud and/or Primavera P6; earned value and critical path experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules to support timely execution.
• Create master schedules for projects of varying size and complexity.
• Collaborate with estimators, project teams, subcontractors, and clients to optimize schedules.
• Ensure schedules align with contract requirements and specifications.
• Present schedules and narratives to clients and stakeholders; manage risks and contingencies.
• Perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and schedule risk assessments.
