Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. seeks a diligent Lead Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules across a range of heavy civil and industrial construction projects. The role may sit in Columbus, OH, Cleveland, OH, or St. Louis, MO, with monthly travel from Ohio to St. Louis.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in project scheduling, a civil engineering or related background, and strong communication skills. Proficient in Primavera P6 and Primavera Cloud is required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration preferred or experience in lieu of degree.
• Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of experience in Project Scheduling, preferably in heavy civil and heavy industrial construction projects.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Cloud and / or Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules ranging from summary level to detailed activity/resource loaded.
• Provide scheduling input, recommendations, and value engineering advice in meetings.
• Prepare and present project schedules and narratives to clients and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage potential risks and develop contingency plans.
