Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. seeks a Lead Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze schedules for diverse construction projects. The role supports the project management team and may require travel from Ohio to St.

Louis, MO monthly when located in OH. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in project scheduling, with heavy civil or heavy industrial exposure, and proficiency in Primavera Cloud or P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Project Scheduling, preferably heavy civil/heavy industrial construction.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Cloud and Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules across multiple sites.
• Ensure schedules align with contract requirements and specifications.
• Provide critical schedule analysis and recommended adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate with estimators, project team members, subcontractors, engineers, and clients.
