Job summary

Woodrame Multifamily is seeking an experienced Project Manager in New Jersey to lead ground-up wood-frame multifamily developments from preconstruction through closeout. You will own schedules, budgets, procurement and subcontractor coordination to deliver high-quality, on-time projects.

The role offers a strong pipeline and collaboration with an experienced leadership team, with a competitive base salary up to $220,000 DOE, plus annual bonus, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within ground-up multifamily construction.
• Proven experience delivering woodframe multifamily developments (woodframe experience is essential).
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling and contract administration.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Managing all phases of ground-up woodframe multifamily construction.
• Leading project schedules, budgets, procurement and subcontractor coordination.
• Working closely with Superintendents to drive site progress and maintain project milestones.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and trade partners.
• Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
• Identifying and resolving project challenges before they impact programme or budget.
• Ensuring projects meet quality, safety and contractual requirements.
