Job summary

Atlanta Beltline, Inc. seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead design, construction, and warranty phases for multi-use trails, parks, and streetscapes in Atlanta. You will manage schedules, budgets, and coordination with utilities, agencies, and internal departments.

The role requires 15+ years in design/project management, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and budgeting skills. Experience with urban infrastructure and sustainability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced knowledge of design/construction management on behalf of an owner.
• Ability in negotiation, contract administration, construction project management, cost management, procurement practices, cost accounting, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Manage design, construction, and warranty phases of projects (trails, parks, streetscapes).
• Prepare and present monthly design and construction progress reports.
• Review technical specifications, bid documents, and cost estimates for adequacy and compliance.
• Contract administration: review invoices, change orders, and VE proposals.
