Job summary

Nabholz Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to provide proactive leadership on assigned construction projects within the Special Projects Division, from preconstruction through closeout and warranty. You will focus on client satisfaction, quality, cost control, and schedule adherence while collaborating with Superintendents and Engineers.

The role requires steering project development, managing budgets, and promoting safety with a zero-incident goal.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of commercial construction experience; residential experience not considered.
• Understands construction means, methods, and materials, with standard practices and regulations.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Willing and able to speak before groups in interviews/presentations.
• OSHA 30-hour training.

Responsibilities

• Lead project development through Preconstruction with support from Preconstruction Department.
• Develop project management plans including safety, quality, and site logistics with the project team.
• Manage commitments to subcontractors and suppliers and ensure procurement policy compliance.
• Collaborate with project team and safety staff to achieve zero incidents on site.
• Manage all financial aspects of the project from setup to monthly billings and closeout.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and designers and provide team leadership.
