What You'll Do
As a Project Manager/Scrum Master, you will lead the Agile project management efforts that support the design, development, and delivery of an innovative SaaS product. You will work closely with the Product Owner, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain sprint momentum, and manage product documentation. Responsibilities include refining and tracking the product backlog, removing blockers, optimizing workflows, capturing key institutional knowledge, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You will also contribute to broader organizational efforts to strengthen Agile maturity and operational efficiency across the team.
You will work remotely on a contract basis with at least 10 hours per week of dedicated availability during regular business hours.
This is a part-time, hourly, 1099 contract position.
