Volpe Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in decks and outdoor living spaces for our design-build team. You will lead exterior framing, decking, and trim projects, ensuring top craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of experience, deep knowledge of building codes, and proficiency with BuilderTrend or similar PM software. This on-site role offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in framing, decking, and exterior trim work.
• Firm understanding of building codes and industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction of decks, porticos, pergolas, and porch roofs.
• Conduct pre-installation site visits to assess feasibility, scope of work, and client needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards to guarantee compliance.
• Coordinate and manage multiple outdoor living projects to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and the production team.
• Utilize project management software for tracking progress and managing orders and addendums.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
