Job summary

Domani Inspection Services is seeking a Project Manager – Special Inspections to lead pre-construction surveys and real-time environmental monitoring in NYC. Based in Lynbrook, you will coordinate field teams, manage instrumentation, and ensure timely, accurate reporting across five boroughs.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of NYC field management experience, a civil/structural engineering background, and strong knowledge of DOB regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of field management experience in NYC building construction or structural monitoring.
• Experience navigating NYC DOB regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, field deployment, and QC of pre-construction surveys and environmental monitoring.
• Lead NYC-based field technicians and manage equipment like seismographs and AMTS.
• Ensure compliance with NYC DOB regulations and Local Law 196.
• Prepare monthly client reports and manage project lifecycles.
