20/20 Inspections & Engineering is seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of inspection projects in the Tri-State area. You will lead client relations, plan projects, coordinate resources, and ensure timely delivery with a focus on accuracy and safety.

The role requires 1-3 years in PM within construction/engineering, strong communication, and ability to read blueprints. This full-time on-site position offers growth opportunities and equal employment protections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of project management experience in construction, architecture, or engineering.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to convey details to senior management and engineers.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships and understand their needs.
• Project Oversight: Define objectives, manage resources, and develop project charters.
• Scheduling: Plan and coordinate inspections and track progress.
• Documentation: Maintain and distribute inspection reports.
• Coordination: Lead weekly client and internal team meetings.
• Issue Notification: Inform clients of NCRs or RFIs and time-sensitive concerns.
