Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a Project Manager to develop and execute plans for multiple simultaneous projects, including production programs and Lean events. The role requires leading cross-functional teams without direct report authority and full responsibility for communication, schedule, risk, and results across the program.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of related experience and a non-technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent journeyman status.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar related experience.
• A college degree in a non-technical discipline (e.g., BBA, BA, or BFA).
• Or Achievement of journeyman status in a recognized trade, with formal certifications equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans for multiple simultaneous projects, including customer production programs and Lean event plans.
• Lead cross-functional project teams without direct report authority, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.
• Monitor progress, schedule attainment, risks, and costs; provide regular status updates to leadership and customers.
• Coach and mentor other project managers and participate in proposal preparation and lessons learned.
