Qualifications

• Proven track record managing P&Ls of $10-$25MM+.
• Hands-on experience taking products from engineering through production at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own complete program P&L including pricing and profitability.
• Lead Integrated Program Leadership Team to ensure aligned execution.
• Drive customer relationships and manage multi-site execution.
