Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in heavy civil, mechanical, marine, or underwater construction industries.
• Advanced knowledge of construction contracts.
• Experience with Design-Build, EPC, and CMAR.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate specifications to plan procedures and staffing requirements.
• Direct supervisory personnel and subcontractors.
• Identify project risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Create and maintain project status reports.
