Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in heavy civil, mechanical, marine, or underwater construction industries.
• Experience in and advanced knowledge of construction contracts.
• Proven results in claims management and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate specifications and plan procedures for construction phases.
• Direct supervisory personnel and subcontractors during project execution.
• Collaborate with management, engineering personnel, and inspectors.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and maintain a risk register.

Education
