Job summary

Zero Zone, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee industrial and retail system projects from order entry through startup. You will own project scope, budget, and schedule, interfacing with customers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

You will coordinate across Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Production/QC, and Service, ensuring timely material procurement and protocol adherence. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred, PMI or PMO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field; PMI or PMO experience preferred but not required.
• Experience delivering complex projects on time and meeting stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee industrial and complex retail systems from order entry to start-up.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and contract documents.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Production/QC, and Service.
• Procure materials timely to meet project schedules and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and manage submittal approvals with customers.
• Facilitate project reviews, planning sessions, and multidisciplinary technical reviews.
