Job summary

American Equipment Holdings is seeking a Lead Project Manager to provide strategic leadership for the Project Management function. You will build and develop a high-performing team delivering on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes with a focus on customer satisfaction.

You will apply PMI-based principles, Lean Six-Sigma, and the AEH QMS across the portfolio, driving process improvement and effective cross-functional collaboration in a lean manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive project management experience.
• 3–5 years in people-leadership overseeing Project Managers.
• Lean manufacturing environment with formal QMS experience.
• MS Project scheduling experience required; CCPM preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree; PMP strongly preferred; CAPM acceptable with experience.
• Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt desired; LEAN manufacturing experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers; set expectations and review performance.
• Own portfolio performance: schedule adherence, budget, quality, risk, satisfaction.
• Standardize PM processes and tools; align with the AEH QMS.
• Oversee resource planning and capacity across PM team for production support.
• Provide executive visibility into health, risks, and corrective actions.
