Job summary

Summit Line Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high‑voltage transmission and distribution projects nationwide. The role covers planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

The position requires 5–7 years in the field, a bachelor’s in construction management or related area, and strong Excel/Office skills. Travel to project sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of project management experience in high-voltage electric transmission/industrial construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or business; PMP preferred.
• Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, directing, and coordinating high‑voltage transmission and distribution projects.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts; oversee subcontractors.
• Prepare submittals, change orders, and documentation for contracts.
• Present updates to leadership and stakeholders; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Mentor junior project staff and support staffing decisions.
