You will direct schedules, scope, cost and quality, maintain risk and issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success.

A strong PM background and customer-facing experience are required. This role emphasizes leadership, continuous improvement, and the ability to drive programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PMP or-equivalent designation or relevant work experience considered in lieu.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies.
• 5 years' minimum combined product development and project management experience.
• Experience working in a product development environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional, cross-site teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills for fostering productive relationships and collaboration.
• Able to analyze, communicate, and address complex issues.
• Confident working directly with customers on a wide range of topics.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and guide alignment between different stakeholders in multiple business groups.
• Provide leadership on product development projects by directing the project schedule, scope, cost and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to ensure project success.
• Proactively monitor, control, communicate, and respond to project issues and risks.
