Job summary

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to join our high-tech engineering and manufacturing team in Torrance, CA. You will lead the detailed planning and execution of complex technology projects, coordinating engineers and designers to deliver exceptional products that meet business needs.

You will leverage your project management experience, collaborate across groups, and manage schedules, scope, cost, and quality while maintaining a customer-focused mindset and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• PMP or equivalent designation or relevant work experience will be considered in lieu.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies.
• 5 years' minimum combined product development and project management experience.
• Experience working in a product development environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate work in a cross-functional, cross-site team.
• Strong interpersonal skills for fostering productive relationships and creating a collaborative working atmosphere.
• Able to analyze, communicate, and address complex issues.
• Confident working directly with customers on a wide range of topics.
• An open-minded, solutions-oriented approach with a strong "can-do" attitude.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and guide alignment between different stakeholders in multiple business groups.
• Provide leadership on product development projects by directing the project schedule, scope, cost and quality to deliver exceptional products aligned with business needs.
• Effectively collaborate with key groups and cross-functional development teams to ensure project success using project planning, monitoring and control activities.
• Proactively monitor, control, communicate, and respond to project issues and risks.
