Job summary

Metric Geo in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Project Manager for heavy civil construction to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement and client relationships, working closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure work is delivered safely, to specification and within budget. This is an opportunity to lead complex projects with an experienced contractor.

Qualifications

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, schedules, cost forecasting and financial reporting.
• Coordinate Superintendents, Project Engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversee procurement, subcontract agreements and material deliveries.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and pay applications.
• Build strong relationships with owners, engineers and project stakeholders.
• Identify constructability issues and resolve challenges with field teams.
• Monitor self-performed work, production rates and project costs.
• Maintain safety and quality standards through project closeout.
