The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and oversee complex projects for utility district clients, ensuring client satisfaction and successful delivery. Responsibilities include managing project scopes, budgets, and teams, while adhering to regulatory requirements. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Professional Engineer license are required, along with at least 8 years of project management experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in water and wastewater system design and project management.
• Demonstrated success managing large, complex utility projects.
• Extensive knowledge of design and construction for water and wastewater systems.
