Job summary

The Indoor Golf Shop in Celina, TX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end golf simulator installations in CDI projects. You’ll coordinate design, procurement, scheduling, and field execution, ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management for AV/low-voltage or construction-related deployments, strong communication skills, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in field-executed environments (construction, AV/low-voltage, or similar).
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with tight timelines and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable leading calls with demanding customers and contractors.
• Ability to read/produce technical documentation (drawings, BOMs, build packets).
• Strong ownership mindset: close loops, document decisions, and escalate early.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, docs, shared drives, and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned projects; set expectations and timelines.
• Lead kickoff calls with customers and partners to review requirements and responsibilities.
• Translate technical requirements into contractor-friendly guidance (dimensions, power, network).
• Maintain proactive communication and issue prevention throughout installs.
• Drive project closeout with documentation, photos, and sign-off.
