Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., CM, Architecture).
• 3+ years in project management, construction, or design.
• Solid understanding of construction methods and installation practices.
• Ability to create Rhino-based layouts from plans and site data.
• Experience delivering installation-ready drawings and packages.
• Proficient in 3D visualizations using D5 Render/KeyShot/V-Ray.

Responsibilities

• Manage golf simulator projects from initiation through final installation.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
• Serve as primary contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review scope, site conditions, and installation readiness.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues affecting schedule or quality.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and installation teams.
