Job summary

Pop's Indoor Golf designs, builds, and installs premium custom golf simulators in homes across Texas. We are hiring a full-time Golf Simulator Install Technician for our Installation Team to bring these setups to life — turning garages, spare rooms, and backyard studios into professional-grade home golf simulators.

This is a hands-on, in-the-field role with travel 2–4 days per week across Texas, including Austin, Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, and areas in between.

Qualifications

• Travel across Texas 2–4 days per week.
• Heavy lifting and moving of equipment.
• AV/low-voltage experience is helpful but training will be provided.
• On-site customer interaction and setup responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Install complete golf simulator setups in customer homes: hitting bays, enclosures, projectors, and launch monitors.
• Mount, wire, and route AV and low-voltage cabling.
• Set up and calibrate launch monitors and projectors (Trackman, Uneekor, Foresight, Garmin, BenQ, etc.).
• Assemble framing and enclosures, hang screens, and dial in lighting and finish details.
• Work directly with homeowners on-site and leave the space clean.

Pop's Indoor Golf designs, builds, and installs premium custom golf simulators in homes across Texas. We're hiring a full-time Golf Simulator Install Technician for our Installation Team to bring these setups to life — turning garages, spare rooms, and backyard studios into professional-grade home golf simulators.

This is a hands-on, in-the-field role. Most weeks you'll travel 2–4 days across Texas — Austin, Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, and the communities in between — installing complete golf simulator systems and making sure every customer's space plays and looks exactly right before you leave.

What you\'ll do:

• Install complete golf simulator setups in customer homes: hitting bays, enclosures, impact screens, projectors, and launch monitors.
• Mount, wire, and route AV and low-voltage cabling cleanly and safely.
• Set up and calibrate launch monitors and projectors (Trackman, Uneekor, Foresight, Garmin, BenQ, and similar) so each simulator is accurate and ready to play.
• Assemble framing and enclosures, hang impact screens, and dial in lighting and finish details.
• Work directly with homeowners on-site — answer questions, walk them through their new simulator, and leave the space clean.

What we\'re looking for:

• Comfortable lifting and moving heavy equipment and materials (enclosures, screens, projectors, tools).
• Comfortable climbing and working safely from ladders.
• AV, home-theater, or low-voltage experience recommended but not required — we\'ll train the right person.
• Willing and able to travel 2–4 days per week across Texas.
• Careful, detail-oriented, and genuinely good with customers — finish quality and the experience both matter to us.
• Base salary starting at $60,000 per year.
• End-of-year bonus.
• 50% of benefits premiums paid by the company.
