Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead customer-facing projects in a dynamic team. You will ensure projects are executed on time and within budget, while maximizing customer satisfaction and safety across assigned initiatives.

Candidates with experience in fire alarm systems, DAS, sound masking and intercom are preferred. The role emphasizes organizational excellence, strong communication, and ability to drive results in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical projects (building automation, fire alarm or electronics).
• Strong communication and collaboration across stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze costs, schedules and risks to drive on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee, and coordinate multiple aspects for small to medium projects through completion.
• Translate customer needs into proposals and project implementation plans.
• Communicate requirements to project teams and maintain project records.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and services for timely, cost-effective completion.
• Establish project milestones and analyze costs; may oversee subcontractor selection.
