Job summary

Everon develops and implements fire and security installation projects across multiple sites in the United States. The Project Administrator will oversee project administration, coordinate with contracts administration and sales, and ensure proper documentation throughout all project phases.

The role requires experience in security/fire projects, strong communication, and the ability to work with limited supervision while maintaining safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Technical experience in security/fire or project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with construction and field documentation.
• Experience with safety programs and compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project administration for installations of fire and security systems.
• Coordinate documentation between contracts administrator and sales.
• Oversee site visit documentation, RFIs, permits, and closeout.
• Ensure safety programs are implemented on projects.
• Prepare manpower loading reports monthly.
• Process change orders to maximize gross profit.
• Attend meetings with contracts, field supervision and engineering.
• Assist with construction schedule and final certification testing.
• Update project log with start/finish dates and system type.
• Provide in-house estimating and proposals as needed.
